I can't afford to have someone fix my PC for me... can I?

We operate on a local basis, travelling to your door and working at times to suit you... but that doesn't mean we charge you the earth!

We don't use Premium Rate numbers for Business, just Company Mobiles with standard mobile phone call rates.

That means that if you don't want the expense of phoning a mobile phone, you can just send us a text with the following details:

Your Name

Address

Contact Phone Number (if different to your mobile phone number)

Your Problem

and we'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a convenient time to carry out the work.
We can also be contacted by E-mail using the Contact Us link at the bottom of each web page on our site.

The Price? We Charge a £25 Callout fee then £25 per hour (or part thereof).
The callout fee is re-funded against the first hour of work, so if we're only there one hour, you only pay the £25 callout fee. No catches, just good value
We have also recently introduced a Portable Card Payment device, so now you don't even need to worry about being able to get to the bank before we arrive!

An After Hours Service is available, primarily for contracted customers. After Hours callouts are sometimes available for new/residential customers but may be charged at a higher rate.
